Work Package 2 – Adaptive Leadership Training: Design, Localization, and Validation
Work Package 2 focuses on the design, development, localization, and validation of the Adaptive Leadership Training Programme within LEAD+.
The main objective is to create a Continuous Development Training Programme for young adults that builds Adaptive Leadership competences, with a strong emphasis on Accountability, Diversity, and Positivity. The programme aims to equip emerging leaders with the skills and resilience needed to navigate complex challenges in both professional and community contexts.
Overall, WP2 ensures the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, and scalable leadership training programme that directly contributes to the development of adaptive, responsible, and collaborative young leaders across Europe.
Fully developed, structured curriculum for the Continuous Development Training Programme on Adaptive Leadership, integrating Accountability, Diversity, and Positivity, with self-paced modules and practical, actionable content.
Engaging, culturally and linguistically adapted training resources for diverse participants across partner countries, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity through stakeholder input and systematic localization.
Pilot-tested and refined training content validated by feedback from emerging young leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with their learning needs and expectations.
