Work Package 3 – eLearning Platform for Adaptive Leadership
Work Package 3 focuses on the design, development, and implementation of the LEAD+ eLearning platform, which serves as the central digital hub for the Adaptive Leadership training programme.
The main objectives of this work package are to create an intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly platform tailored to adult learners, ensuring smooth navigation and active engagement. The platform will provide flexible and interactive learning pathways that support the development of emerging leaders in Adaptive Leadership.
A key priority is the integration of innovative learning approaches, including gamification, collaborative activities, co-creation, and shared learning experiences, which enhance engagement and participation. The platform is also designed to be linguistically and culturally inclusive, ensuring accessibility and meaningful cross-cultural exchange among diverse users.
In addition, WP3 aims to promote lifelong learning by creating a community of practice that allows participants to continue collaborating, sharing knowledge, and engaging beyond the project lifecycle.
Overall, WP3 ensures that LEAD+ provides a dynamic, inclusive, and innovative digital learning ecosystem that strengthens adaptive leadership skills, fosters collaboration, and supports lifelong learning across cultures and countries.
