The LEAD+ project was presented at the International Conference on Information Communication Technologies in Education (ICICTE 2026), held in Rhodes, Greece.

The conference brought together researchers, educators, policymakers, and innovation experts from around the world to explore current trends and future directions in education and digital transformation.

As part of the conference's poster session, partners from PARAGON-eduTech and Fundación Siglo22 introduced the LEAD+ project to conference participants. The poster provided a visual overview of the project's objectives, partnership, and main activities, opening the door to meaningful conversations about strengthening leadership, inclusion, and professional development in adult education.

Throughout the event, the poster attracted the interest of researchers, educators, and professionals working in education and training. The discussions highlighted the importance of equipping educators and organisations with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to foster inclusive leadership and create more equitable learning environments.

Participating in ICICTE 2026 represents another important dissemination milestone for LEAD+, helping to increase the project's visibility, strengthen international collaboration, and engage with a wider educational community.

We would like to thank everyone who visited our poster and showed interest in the project. We look forward to sharing more news and achievements as LEAD+ continues to progress.
