Work Package 1 – Project Management

Work Package 1 focuses on the overall coordination, monitoring, quality assurance, and financial management of the LEAD+ project.

A Project Management Committee (PMC), composed of contact persons from all partner organizations and one representative of the associated partners, is responsible for overseeing project implementation and ensuring alignment with objectives. Progress is continuously monitored through bi-monthly online meetings, Transnational Project Meetings (TPMs), and a detailed project Gantt Chart.

Quality assurance is guaranteed through a dedicated Quality Management Plan, which evaluates objectives, management processes, activities, and project outcomes. This includes regular feedback collection, pilot testing, stakeholder input, and structured reflection activities, all compliant with GDPR standards.

Financial and time management are ensured through formal partnership agreements, semi-annual financial reporting, automated deadline reminders, and structured approval processes for payments linked to performance and reporting quality.

Risk management is handled through a structured Risk Assessment Plan, which identifies, evaluates, and mitigates risks such as delays, resistance to change, or engagement challenges. The plan is regularly reviewed and updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Overall, this work package ensures transparency, efficiency, accountability, and effective coordination across all project partners.
