The LEAD+: Leaders Evolving with Accountability, Diversity, and Positivity project is an innovative initiative in the field of adult education aimed at developing emerging leaders capable of addressing the complex challenges of today’s world. In a context shaped by digital transformation, social polarization, and global issues such as climate change and inequality, LEAD+ promotes an adaptive, inclusive, and values-driven leadership model focused on the common good.
The project combines training, digital innovation, and international collaboration to create a flexible, inclusive, and co-creative learning ecosystem. Through an accessible e-learning platform and an interdisciplinary, intercultural community, LEAD+ fosters the development of key competences needed to lead effectively in diverse, uncertain, and highly connected environments.
LEAD+ aims to design and implement a comprehensive leadership development programme targeted at emerging leaders and early-career professionals. The project responds to the need to rethink traditional leadership models by promoting more adaptive, collaborative, and value-oriented approaches grounded in accountability, diversity, and positivity.
To achieve this, the project will develop a user-friendly and accessible digital learning platform that integrates innovative methodologies such as co-creation, collaborative learning, and gamification. In addition, a robust, data-driven evaluation framework will be established to measure the programme’s impact and ensure continuous improvement.
LEAD+ will also foster the creation of a global learning community connecting emerging leaders, educators, and key stakeholders. This community will support the exchange of best practices, transnational cooperation, and the co-development of solutions to European and global challenges.
The project strongly aligns with Erasmus+ priorities, particularly in relation to digital transformation, improving access to high-quality and flexible adult learning, and enhancing the competences of educators and adult learning professionals.
