The Jugendförderverein Parchim/Lübz e.V. (JFV-PCH) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting young people and adults through education, vocational training and community-based activities.

Through our VET center and production school, we provide practical learning opportunities that combine education with hands-on work experience. Our work focuses on strengthening personal development, social inclusion and equal opportunities.

By creating supportive learning environments, we help participants develop skills, gain confidence and improve their opportunities for education, employment and active participation in society.

Anne Schulte


She is a Project Manager and Data Protection Officer with a background in teaching. She specializes in special education and has extensive experience working with diverse groups. Her work focuses on making educational resources accessible and on fostering connections between people with and without disabilities, helping to reduce prejudice and social barriers.

Ella Lucas


She is a Project Manager and Content Developer with a background in Anthropology and Geography (BA) and Agriculture (MA). Her work is rooted in project management, with a strong focus on intercultural exchange and sustainability within associative contexts. She places strong importance on linking cultural mediation with anti-discrimination approaches and is particularly committed to fostering sustainable rural development.



WeLearn Limited

Ireland

WeLearn is an SME based in rural Ireland. We specialise in delivering well-being programmes for diverse groups of learners, from primary school children to older adults. Our work with educators is framed in upskilling them in trauma-informed practice, so that they can support young and adult learners impacted by mental health and well-being challenges. We also provide training in self-care for educators, youth workers and individuals. Our aim is to address gaps in the provision of self-care and well-being supports in underserved rural communities in Ireland.

PARAGON: Education, Technology, Communications

PARAGON-eduTech is a research and innovation organisation dedicated to advancing inclusive, ethical, and future-oriented education through technology-enhanced learning. Founded in 2022, the organisation designs and implements European and international initiatives that integrate digital innovation, artificial intelligence, robotics, immersive technologies, and evidence-based pedagogies to support educators, learners, and institutions. Building on a long tradition of educational innovation, the team has been actively involved in pioneering STEM and robotics initiatives such as Aristarchus, RoboAquaria, and RoboPisces, which laid the foundations for the emerging RoboStellars ecosystem of projects.

In parallel, PARAGON-eduTech contributes to the global educational research community through the organisation of the International Conference on ICT in Education (ICICTE), an established international forum that brings together researchers, educators, and policymakers to explore the transformative role of digital technologies in education. Through research, capacity building, and large-scale collaborative projects, PARAGON-eduTech promotes democratic participation, accessibility, and sustainable educational transformation, contributing to the development of resilient learning ecosystems across Europe and beyond.

Anastasia Pyrini


She is the Director of Research and Development at PARAGON-eduTech and brings over three decades of experience in international education, research, and innovation projects. Her work focuses on technology-enhanced learning, inclusive digital education, and the integration of robotics and STEM in schools, combining insights from primary education and cognitive science. She has initiated and contributed to several Erasmus+ initiatives, including Aristarchus, RoboAquaria, RoboPisces, and Coding4Kids, helping to shape innovative approaches to robotics, coding, and space-related STEM education in Europe.

Despina Sarrigeorgiou


She is a Research Assistant at PARAGON-eduTech and a student of Pedagogy at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She contributes to Erasmus+ initiatives focusing on digital literacy, coding, and inclusive STEM education, supporting research activities and the development of innovative learning resources. With a strong background in dance and distinctions from the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), she brings a valuable kinaesthetic and creative perspective to educational activities that integrate movement, collaboration, and experiential learning.

The Siglo22 Foundation is a non-profit organisation that operates nationwide under the Protectorate of Foundations of the Ministry of Education with the motivation and need to improve the education system and the deficiencies in gender equality. The Siglo22 Foundation envisions a future in which technology helps us to live.

The goals that define the work of our Foundation are:

  • Develop programs and projects that facilitate the integration of information technology and communication in education and in business.
  • Develop programs and projects to promote equal opportunities between women and men.
  • Develop programs and projects related to learning.
  • Promote innovation in education and training.
  • Improve the conditions of daily life for people with problems: unemployment, gender differences.... In all the cases having ICT as catalyst to reach all those objectives.

Our mission is to provide relevant experiences in education and society, contributing to constant improvement through innovation projects to promote learning and change.

Our vision is moving towards the creation of a continuous personal growth substrate supported on the constant search for innovation and cooperation, promoting equal opportunities for all people.

Fundación Siglo22 has been working on the creation of a teacher portal, edu22, which addresses all teacher competences. We have created an educational repository for VET in the Vetiver project, available in 5 languages. We are involved in e-learning masters at the University, and also, we have been working with teachers, training them to integrate ICT and active methodologies in their work. The Foundation has been working to promote digital skills at all levels, young people, education (mainly teachers) and training, and also adults. Alongside this, active methodologies have been promoted, to be used with students, along with multiple intelligences. The Siglo22 Foundation is using all the projects to be able to create a breaking point with teachers and involve them in the educational paradigm shift that the foundation is promoting. Experts in eLearning, educational platforms and online education and training. It integrates different tools to provide an active experience in the training process, as well as providing the technological platforms to carry out the training. Siglo22 is also working with women in networking groups to promote their professional visibility and with young people to promote equal opportunities but visualising the current differences between boys and girls.

He is a Telecommunications Engineer and has significant experience working on educational technology. He has worked in several international and national projects in these areas since 1989 and is an expert in eLearning and ICT for education.

Nuria de Pablo Sánchez


She is a Graduate in Journalism and Humanities from the Carlos III University of Madrid. Master in Interdisciplinary Intervention in Violence against women with a diploma as an Equality Agent from the International University of Valencia.

Rubén Vega Gutiérrez


He is a Graduate in Primary and Early Childhood Education with a Master’s in ICT for Education and Training, Rubén specializes in generative AI and design trends. He creates visual solutions that enhance both learning and communication, blending aesthetics with pedagogy to deliver innovative and impactful educational content.
