Reviewing progress and planning the next steps

The first day of the meeting focused on the current progress of the different LEAD+ Work Packages and the activities planned for the coming months.

Partners began by reviewing key aspects of project management, including the project timeline and reporting processes, as well as updates related to quality, risk, impact and green practices.

A central part of the meeting was dedicated to WP2 – Adaptive Leadership Training: Design, Localization and Validation. Partners shared updates on the development of the training curriculum, reflected on learner engagement and discussed the next stages of the training process.

The consortium also worked on the upcoming piloting activities and webinars, which will provide opportunities to test the developed materials and gather valuable feedback from participants.

Moving forward with the LEAD+ e-learning platform

Another important topic was the development of the LEAD+ e-learning platform.

Partners discussed the progress made so far and addressed practical aspects of the online learning experience, including the integration of knowledge checks, participant certification and the long-term sustainability of the platform.

These discussions helped establish a shared approach for the next stages of development and ensure that the platform provides an accessible and meaningful learning experience for future participants.

Strengthening dissemination and community engagement

The meeting also provided an opportunity to review the project's community-building and dissemination activities.

The consortium discussed upcoming multiplier workshops and events, stakeholder engagement and different ways to increase the visibility and impact of LEAD+ across the participating countries.

Beyond the working sessions, the partners had the opportunity to learn more about the work of the host organisation, Jugendförderverein Parchim/Lübz, through a guided visit to its facilities.

The first day concluded with a boat tour on the lakes of Schwerin and a social dinner, providing an informal setting to strengthen connections and collaboration across the partnership.

Leadership in times of change

The second day opened with an expert session on “Leadership in Times of Change & Just Culture”, delivered by RegioVision GmbH.

The session offered further perspectives on leadership and created a valuable connection between the practical work being carried out within LEAD+ and the challenges leaders face in changing organisational environments.

Fundación Siglo22 also contributed to the programme with a session on Zotero, supporting partners in the organisation and management of references and project resources.

Moving LEAD+ forward together

The Schwerin meeting marked another important step in the development of LEAD+. Bringing the partnership together in person allowed partners to align their work, exchange perspectives and make key decisions for the upcoming phases of the project.

With the training materials and e-learning platform progressing, the consortium will now continue preparing for the next activities, including piloting, webinars, stakeholder engagement and dissemination across Europe.
